Step 1 : You need some soldering and DIY skills.

Step 2 : Rework the Carprog PCB:  Change the ICs from 74CT125 to 74HCT125M  And also add 25V 47uf Cap,see pix show

Step 3 :Rework the back PCB.

Step 4 : After rework,you can open the software again,and try to change mileage function,you will find it works now
